Foods to eat for energy!

If you’re a busy mom or dad and have a hard time finding energy throughout the day, I’ve got a tip for you!
What you need are foods with a low glycemic index. Basically, that means you want to eat “healthy carbs” with a slow release in sugar. When you eat foods with a high glycemic index, you get a spike in insulin and blood sugar, which leads to overall weight gain.
– Brown Rice
– Bok Choy
